This corporate interior project was entrusted to Turnkey Interiors by our client with the goal of creating a workplace that seamlessly blends professionalism, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. The design reflects a clear vision: to provide environments that not only support productivity but also foster collaboration, creativity, and employee well-being. This project showcases our expertise in company interior design at the highest level.


Boardroom
Designed as the central hub for high-level discussions and decision-making, the boardroom embodies a balance of modern sophistication and functionality. The space is defined by its clean lines and contemporary detailing, with walls accented by intricate wooden slats and striking octagonal acoustic panels that enhance both aesthetics and sound quality.

At the heart of the room stands a custom U-shaped boardroom table, crafted from matte-finish wood and supported by a sleek black-coated aluminium frame. Generously proportioned to accommodate up to several participants, the table is both a focal point and a functional anchor for collaborative dialogue.

The boardroom is fitted with plush carpet flooring to soften acoustics and provide comfort, while expansive windows invite natural light and can be easily controlled with roll-up blinds. For seamless presentations and connectivity, the space integrates three large monitors alongside a full-size whiteboard, ensuring flexibility for both digital and traditional modes of communication.

Purposefully designed, this boardroom fosters an atmosphere of professionalism and focus; an environment tailored for hosting pivotal meetings and strategic conversations. As with all of our company interior design projects, careful attention was given to functionality and detail.


Cozy Kitchen and Canteen
Transitioning from the boardroom into this small, cozy kitchen and canteen area, the design language of sophistication and detail is seamlessly carried through. The walls combine fine wooden slats with deep charcoal paint, creating a modern yet inviting atmosphere. The flooring features medium-sized, high-quality tiles that balance durability with style, setting a polished foundation for the space.

The kitchen zone stands out with its soft green cabinetry, contrasted by a glossy black tile backsplash and a sleek black glazed porcelain countertop. A natural wooden shelf, intentionally left unpainted, adds warmth and authenticity by showcasing the raw material in its pure form.

A tall, elongated table acts as a subtle divider between the kitchen and dining area, maintaining a sense of openness while structuring the space. The main canteen area is furnished with square, contemporary tables accented by polished metal trims, paired with elegant armless chairs. Upholstered in stitched leather and supported by black-coated frames, the seating combines comfort with a professional aesthetic.

This canteen area achieves a refined balance of functionality and design, offering employees and guests a stylish yet relaxed environment to dine, connect, and recharge. It is a strong example of how company interior design can create inviting, multipurpose spaces that enhance workplace culture.


Vibrant Kitchen and Breakout Area
This larger canteen space introduces a vibrant energy, achieved through a bolder palette and playful design details. The kitchen area replaces the soft green of the first canteen with a striking orange, paired with crisp white countertops and a backsplash composed of oversized tiles featuring intricate, mosaic-like detailing that evokes fragments of broken ceramics. Charcoal-painted upper cabinets provide a refined contrast to the vivid orange below, grounding the composition with balance and depth.

Above, the ceiling showcases intricate wooden patterns, complemented by sleek pendant lights suspended between the panels to create both warmth and visual rhythm. At the heart of the kitchen zone stands a modern central table, its clean white countertop supported by a sculptural base clad in black-coated slats, a strong focal point that ties into the wider design language.

Turning toward the wider dining space, white walls punctuated by geometric triangular patterns set a lively backdrop. The atmosphere is further animated by recreational features such as an arcade machine and activity zones, encouraging relaxation and social interaction. The ceiling here deepens in tone, painted in a slightly darker shade of orange than the cabinetry, reinforcing the energetic character of the room.

The seating arrangements blend functionality with creativity. Alongside modern tables and cushioned wooden chairs, booth-style seating is built against the walls to maximise capacity. A particularly distinctive feature is a communal table mirroring the kitchen island’s design, finished with a white top and natural wood base. Around it, U-shaped suspended seats introduce a playful, dynamic twist to the canteen experience.

Exposed brickwork at the far wall and generous windows ensure the space feels grounded, textured, and filled with natural light. Altogether, this canteen embodies a lively and engaging environment, perfect for fostering connection, creativity, and moments of reprieve within the workplace. Such spaces are where company interior design becomes a tool for promoting both productivity and employee satisfaction.
