Headquartered in the United States and being new to Cape Town, our team was looking for a local partner who could take a raw shell space and turn it into something functional, polished, and aligned with our company’s values and branding. After an extensive selection process, we decided that TKI was the preferred partner for this fit out and they were appointed to take over the grey box building and do a full turnkey fit out in 2023. We found that TKI offers a very high standard of workmanship, are easy to work with, and they are proud of the work they deliver. They have also supported us well after the build was completed with a few snags that came up. It was an enjoyable experience to work with their team of experts, and as the project progressed, they were very understanding when Busch needed to change designs or plans.
