Completed the second phase | The kitchen area with server facilities, a production space, and a retail space
A 2nd phase to the popular fine patisserie establishment found in Hyde Park shopping Centre, Johannesburg. The purpose of this space was to provide a dedicated kitchen area with server facilities.
Alongside this; a `production’ space in which the owners can then craft their skills and expertise within a studio type set-up, or open to the public for dedicated classes to wannabe Pâtissiers! Also including a small retail space to compliment the experience with associated products and treats.
