Turnkey Interiors was tasked with a space planning project that involved creating a sleek and modern workspace that utilised natural elements for Famous Brands, which required an interior design overhaul. The project aimed to enhance productivity while also allowing room for privacy and relaxation in an environment that was undeniably modern while maintaining a natural pop of colour.

Balcony & Bar

This room combines modern design with natural elements to create a functional and inviting atmosphere. The cement floor, with a clear finish, regulates temperature while adding a sleek touch. A wooden bar counter brings warmth to the space’s clean lines and contemporary feel.

The space planning involves large windows fill the room with natural light, and foldable balcony doors ensure year-round usability. The balcony extends the area, offering fresh air, city views, and a perfect spot for relaxation. With its open layout and thoughtful design, this space is ideal for unwinding or connecting with clients.

Sleek, Modern Designs

This spacious room offers a perfect setting for meetings, conferences, or brainstorming sessions. This project’s space planning involved open layout features movable furniture, with tables on wheels allowing for seamless reconfiguration to suit any group or agenda.

The design incorporates an accent wall in a calming ocean blue, beautifully complementing the clean white walls and sturdy support pillars. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting and refreshing ambiance that encourages focus and collaboration.

Private Rooms

With careful execution in Turnkey Interiors’ space planning process, these three small rooms offer a perfect blend of privacy and openness, separated by glass panes that maintain a sense of spaciousness while ensuring confidentiality.

Designed for personal calls, one-on-one meetings, or moments of solitude, each room provides a unique aesthetic. The first room features a striking faux-leaf wall, adding a vibrant touch of greenery, while the other two rooms showcase minimalist exposed cement walls for a modern, industrial feel. Nylon carpeting softens the space, ensuring comfort and warmth underfoot.

Soft lighting from fixtures with exposed bulbs enhances the cozy atmosphere, making these rooms inviting for focused work or quiet reflection. The glass panels incorporate opaque styling, balancing privacy with natural light.

Ideal for undisturbed conversations or peaceful alone time, these rooms are functional and stylish additions to the space.

Coffee Break

This tranquil coffee room offers a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the office. Furnished with a comfortable couch and soft-cushioned chairs, it’s designed for relaxation and quiet coffee breaks.

As part of the space planning process, the room’s exposed cement floor adds a modern, minimalist touch, while an Nguni leather-pelt introduces warmth and texture. Wooden potted plants provide vibrant green accents, complementing the soothing blue and grey color palette for a balanced and inviting aesthetic.

A glass door and wall with aluminum frames separate the room from the main office. The opaque glass, etched with the client’s logo, ensures privacy while maintaining a stylish, contemporary feel. Accessible yet secluded, this space is the ideal spot to recharge with a cup of coffee in peace.

Where Nature Meets Concrete Innovations

Located within the same room as the bar and balcony, this cozy waiting area offers a comfortable spot for clients or employees to relax. A double-seater couch provides seating, set against a large window that offers views of the bar and balcony.

The space planning incorporates wooden-potted plants that add greenery to the room. A unique glass table is positioned against the wall, showcasing a pane of glass atop a partly uncut tree, with visible branches for a natural, organic touch.

The exposed cement floor is softened by a square carpet made of smaller tiles, providing a stylish contrast to the straight lines of the surrounding design. A modern, curved coffee table sits atop the carpet, with processed wooden parts and a circular glass pane at its center, creating a gentle balance against the square and angular elements of the room.

This inviting corner offers a perfect spot to take a break, enjoy a moment of rest, or wait before transitioning into the main area.
