The project, spanning a generous 4000 square metres, presented a unique challenge as the client sought a departure from their previous corporate-style office in Rosebank to a cosier, more inviting environment, all while navigating the constraints of the global pandemic.

Objective/Challenge
The challenge was to transition the company from their large, corporate-styled office in Rosebank to a smaller space of 4000 square metres while creating a warm, inviting environment conducive to staff returning to the office post-pandemic.

Unique Features of the Project
One of the primary challenges encountered during this project was the client’s request to retain all existing furniture, which exuded a cold and corporate aura. To counter this, our team devised a creative solution by integrating colourful pastels and timber finishes into various functional elements of the office space. New and unique power reticulation panels were introduced, complemented by the refurbishment of existing pedestals and the addition of softer furniture items throughout the office.
