Corporate Interior Design – Recruitment Firm

This corporate interior design project was contracted to Turnkey Interiors by CA Global, a leading recruitment firm seeking a refined, contemporary space that would reflect their corporate identity while supporting both functionality and comfort. The brief called for a fresh, forward-thinking environment where every detail would speak to quality and precision—key values we brought to life through our expertise in corporate interior design.


Reception Area
Upon entry, visitors are welcomed into a striking reception space defined by a sleek, modern aesthetic. Clean lines and a cool, neutral palette dominate, with white-painted walls and ceilings complemented by high-gloss grey floor tiles that subtly reflect natural and artificial light. The reception desk is the focal point of this area: a two-tier structure that balances form and function. The base counter, finished in a rich dark grey, harmonises seamlessly with the accent wall behind, creating visual depth. Sitting atop it is a crisp white secondary counter, slightly off-centre and wrapping elegantly around the corner. This layered design adds sophistication while ensuring a smooth and professional point of first contact.


Waiting Area
Adjoining the reception is a thoughtfully curated waiting area. Continuing the grey and white scheme of the entrance, this space is softened with layered textures and warming elements to provide comfort for visitors. A patterned carpet introduces subtle movement and a splash of beige, while framed artworks and feature lighting in matte black frames add a sense of refinement. Seating includes two dark grey fabric armchairs and a standout warm orange ottoman, creating a contemporary contrast and welcoming atmosphere. This balance between minimalism and warmth ensures that guests feel both relaxed and reassured—a vital consideration in corporate interior design, where first impressions matter.


Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms are designed to foster collaboration and professionalism while maintaining the visual openness of the overall layout. Framed in clear glass, these rooms are visually connected to the surrounding spaces yet maintain discretion through the use of branded privacy film. Inside, floor-to-wall carpeting adds acoustic softness and comfort underfoot, while contemporary round meeting tables provide a dynamic layout option for discussions of all sizes. The neutral colour palette of white walls and ceilings continues here, paired with soft off-white floor tiles in the adjoining halls. Carefully placed artwork ensures a consistent visual identity throughout, reinforcing a cohesive design language across the workspace.


Lunch Room
The lunch room is a generous, multipurpose space that supports downtime, informal meetings, and communal meals. A fully equipped kitchen features a distinctive grey subway tile backsplash and a robust black stone-effect countertop, which doubles as a bar-style dining surface. This not only enhances functionality but creates a sociable and relaxed focal point within the room. A mix of furnishings—white and grey chairs with wooden legs, paired with practical, contemporary tables—encourages flexibility in how the space is used. The flooring is a white wood-look vinyl, adding warmth and texture while maintaining durability. Comfortable couches complete the space, making it ideal for both casual relaxation and team connection, all crucial elements in modern corporate interior design.


Design Philosophy
Throughout this project, our approach centred on blending clean architectural lines with purposeful touches of warmth and character. The use of a restrained palette—predominantly whites, greys, and blacks—establishes a sleek and timeless backdrop. This allowed us to selectively introduce accent tones, such as the warm orange in the waiting area or the beige notes in the carpet, to gently disrupt uniformity and add layers of visual interest. Materials were chosen for their balance of durability and aesthetics, ensuring that every finish contributes to the daily functionality of the office while upholding a strong corporate presence.
