Company Interior Design – Technology Client

Company Interior Design – Technology Client

As part of a recent company interior design project for a leading technology client, NewTrax, we were tasked with reimagining their workplace to better reflect a modern, functional, and cohesive environment. Our approach was rooted in simplicity, comfort, and material consistency—ensuring every space supports operational needs while creating a visually unified experience.

The Meeting Room
This compact yet impactful meeting room is enclosed with full-height glass partitions and a glass door, framed in sleek black-painted aluminium. The room’s contemporary appeal is reinforced by its clean layout and well-chosen finishes that strike a balance between sophistication and practicality.

We opted for soft grey carpeting to enhance acoustic comfort, complemented by crisp white walls for a bright and open feel. One accent wall features stylish, fashion-forward wallpaper, adding texture and subtle personality without overpowering the space.

At its centre is a polished, light-toned wooden meeting table, equipped with seamlessly integrated USB and power outlets—ensuring the room supports all modern working requirements. Lighting design includes two pendant lights with exposed bulbs, suspended from slender wooden bars, and a flush-set linear light that provides balanced, ambient illumination.

This space exemplifies how well-considered company interior design can elevate everyday functionality through timeless detailing and purposeful layout.

Lounge & Break Area
Adjacent to the meeting room lies a bright and welcoming lounge area, designed to encourage informal interaction and moments of rest. The polished, raw cement flooring in a pale tone brings a light industrial edge, balanced by clean white walls and a modern panel ceiling fitted with soft, even lighting.

Two lounge chairs and a matching sofa feature fabric cushions supported by wooden frames, striking a balance between relaxed comfort and visual clarity. Small circular tables dot the space, providing practical spots for casual meetings or quiet breaks.

A striking partition defines the area’s boundary from the reception. The lower half is solid for privacy and structure, while vertical black bars extend to the ceiling, allowing light and sightlines to pass through—ensuring the area remains connected yet distinct.

Large windows frame views of the surrounding garden and allow natural light to flood the space, reinforcing its tranquil and open character. This area demonstrates how company interior design can bring balance and intention to communal zones while maintaining a high-end, professional aesthetic.

The Kitchen Area
Extending from the lounge, the kitchen was conceived as a minimalist and functional zone. The metallic countertop runs around the corner of the partition, meeting light-toned wooden cupboards that mirror the material palette used elsewhere in the office.

A line of small, black, brick-shaped tiles above the counter creates a bold visual accent and anchors the space within its bright white surroundings. Open wooden shelves float above, supported by slim black frames that align with the sleek geometry seen across the interior.

This area may be compact, but its efficiency and clarity are the result of deliberate company interior design choices—ensuring day-to-day usability without compromising the aesthetic integrity of the office.

The Office
From the kitchen, we enter an open-layout office that exemplifies clarity and functional flow. Nearest to the kitchen is a tall communal table in matching light-toned wood, complete with a mounted TV screen on a slim wooden partition—perfect for team huddles or quick stand-up meetings.

The flooring transitions to a grey-toned carpet, providing softness underfoot and improving acoustics within the workspace. A long, white workstation forms the backbone of the room, divided by crisp white privacy panels and supported by black drawer units for easy storage. Built-in cable hubs make it easy to keep devices connected while maintaining a clean, organised desk surface.

Two smaller enclosed meeting rooms extend the space further, continuing the same materials and design principles established at the outset. They are enclosed in black-framed glass partitions, maintaining both transparency and visual continuity with the rest of the office.

This open office demonstrates the effectiveness of smart company interior design—bringing focus, structure, and a cohesive rhythm to a dynamic working environment.
