Company Interior Design – Payment Solutions Company

Turnkey Interiors was proud to partner with Karri to deliver a tailored company interior design solution that reflects their operational needs and distinct brand identity. From the outset, our objective was to create a compact, modern workspace that prioritises functionality without compromising on visual appeal. Each zone within the office has been thoughtfully considered to support both the daily flow of employees and the broader culture of professionalism and innovation that underpins the client’s ethos. Our approach ensured spatial efficiency, aesthetic cohesion, and a clear alignment with the client’s values and working style.

Reception
The journey through the space begins at the reception area, which immediately establishes the tone of the company interior design. The reception desk acts as a sleek, compact focal point, embodying modern aesthetics while remaining highly functional. Constructed in an L-shape from light-toned wood, the desk is detailed with clean white panels across the front and square accents along the side, introducing a subtle geometric rhythm to the entrance. The countertop includes a glass surface on the front-facing side, paired with a smaller, square glass panel opposite, offering a refined, contemporary touch.

Strategically placed potted plants soften the desk’s geometry and introduce an element of biophilia. Behind the desk, the client’s branding is prominently displayed against a striking wall that contrasts charcoal and white tones. Adjacent to it, a fully charcoal-painted wall intensifies the visual depth of the space. The wood-patterned vinyl flooring grounds the area, while white skirtings ensure a crisp transition between surface materials, enhancing the polished feel of the reception.

The Kitchen
Extending the theme of compact elegance, the kitchen was designed as a functional and welcoming area for staff. This space demonstrates how company interior design can be both practical and uplifting. The cabinets and drawers are finished in a sophisticated Air Force blue, complementing the natural warmth of the wood-toned countertop. Open white shelving introduces a sense of openness, while providing accessible storage for day-to-day use.

The vinyl flooring continues into this area, maintaining consistency across spaces and reinforcing the overall flow. With the walls painted white, the room feels bright and fresh—an intentional decision to cultivate a friendly yet professional ambiance. More than just a kitchenette, this zone functions as a social hub and personal retreat for staff throughout the workday. The considered palette and material choices contribute to an environment where employees feel comfortable and valued.

The Office
The main office area offers a refined balance of structure and flexibility—key principles in modern company interior design. The navy-coloured carpet, laid in large individual tiles, introduces subtle tonal variation, resulting in a nuanced checkerboard pattern that adds texture without distraction. This flooring choice grounds the space and enhances the sense of order and focus.

Workstations are compact and verge on minimalist, with desk surfaces finished in light-toned wood supported by crisp, white-painted aluminium frames. This combination echoes the reception palette and unifies the design language throughout the office. Integrated tall storage cabinets, mirroring the desk’s wood finish with white doors, provide practical solutions for both document and personal storage without cluttering the space.

Large windows allow for abundant natural light, promoting wellness and productivity. The light is evenly distributed by modern office-style panel ceilings, ensuring a consistent brightness throughout the space. The result is a versatile work environment that supports concentration while remaining visually coherent and inviting.

The Solitary Office
For work requiring more focus or discretion, the solitary office room offers a carefully planned retreat. Separated from the main office by a partition wall, it maintains visual connectivity through two tall, slim glass panels that run from floor to ceiling. This design choice fosters a sense of inclusion while providing acoustic separation—ideal for meetings, calls, or concentrated solo tasks.

The feature wall in this room exemplifies how branded colours can be seamlessly integrated into company interior design. Using a bold palette of green, white, Air Force blue, and charcoal grey, along with the client’s logo, the space communicates identity and purpose. Carpet flooring continues here to enhance acoustic performance and comfort. Four small white desks are grouped together, offering flexible functionality for collaborative sessions or individual work, depending on the day’s requirements.

Conclusion
This project is a testament to how thoughtful company interior design can elevate everyday working environments. At Turnkey Interiors, we focus on creating spaces that are both beautiful and intelligent—designed to reflect our client’s brand and support their people. From the reception to the solitary office, every material, colour, and layout choice was made with purpose, demonstrating our commitment to delivering tailored solutions that work.
