Company Interior Design – Online European Marketplace

In response to rapid growth and expansion, AnyVan, a leading European online marketplace for transport and removal services, required a larger and more accommodating workspace for their Cape Town operations. Having previously collaborated with them on their initial office fit out in 2021, we were entrusted once again in 2022 to design and build their new 1800m2 Contact Centre in Cape Town. This company interior design project aimed to seamlessly blend the familiar aesthetics of their previous office while incorporating enhancements to support their evolving needs and continued success.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Services Rendered: Company interior design and space planning

Objectives/Challenge
Our task was to design and construct a spacious Contact Centre for the client, tailored to accommodate their growing team and operational needs. Ensuring continuity in design aesthetics was paramount to align with their well-established brand identity and office culture. We integrated company interior design elements from their previous office fit out while introducing new features to improve functionality and enhance employee well-being. Additionally, optimising space utilisation and workflow efficiency were key priorities to foster productivity and collaboration within the Contact Centre environment.

Solution
We initiated the company interior design project by closely collaborating with their stakeholders to conduct a thorough needs assessment, gaining insights into their growth projections, operational workflows, and design preferences. Utilising these insights, we embarked on the design development phase, crafting a concept that retained the familiar ambiance of their previous office while integrating tailored upgrades to meet their evolving needs. Leveraging our expertise, we identified existing features from the prior fit out that resonated with their design ethos and seamlessly incorporated them into the new space. Through meticulous space planning, we optimised spatial layout and workstation configurations to enhance efficiency and accommodate the anticipated increase in staff numbers. As the project progressed, we meticulously oversaw the construction process to ensure the accurate realisation of the design vision within budget and timeline constraints. Throughout every stage, stringent quality assurance measures were implemented to uphold exemplary standards of workmanship and compliance with design specifications.

3. Scalability: Design the workspace with scalability in mind to accommodate the client’s ongoing growth and expansion without compromising operational efficiency or employee satisfaction.
