Turnkey Interiors proudly secured the tender bid to design and construct the state-of-the-art showcase offices for Busch Vacuum Solutions in Johannesburg with optimal space planning, ensuring top-notch company interior design.

Services Rendered: The new built included everything – from floors, walls, ceilings – which include offices, open plan, boardrooms, meeting rooms, training room, pause areas, kitchen, bathrooms, entertainment area and braai area.
New HVAC System, IT works, electrical works, all furniture and custom joinery items, all signage and artwork.
Objectives/Challenges
The objectives of this interior design project were to create a cohesive and functional space that catered to a variety of needs within the new building. This encompassed designing areas such as offices, open-plan spaces, boardrooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, pause areas, kitchens, bathrooms, an entertainment area, and a braai area. Challenges inherent in this endeavour included ensuring seamless integration of various design elements across different functional spaces while maintaining aesthetic appeal and practicality. Additionally, the project faced the challenge of coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, and addressing any unforeseen issues that arose during the construction process.

To address the objectives and challenges of this interior design project, a comprehensive approach was adopted.
