Professional Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will need to have experience within the construction industry.
The key responsibilities include:

• Reading construction drawings and compiling quotes and budget estimates from those drawings.
• Compiling and maintaining rate sheets.
• Negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Managing project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Procurement, including placing purchase orders and managing supplier orders.
• Proficient in Excel
