If you decide to commence your fit-out experience with us: Turnkey Interiors can facilitate the agreement between the landlord and yourselves to produce a win-win solution for all concerned.
Turnkey Interiors strives to give you candid, practical advice, based on over 16 years’ experience. We will initially advise you on whether we consider the space in question to be functional and fit-for-purpose. We will point out considerations such as layout, budget, quality of environment and so on. We will help you project an appropriate corporate image and ensure that your new space serves as a proactive and energised environment for your management and staff.
Rest assured that irrespective of whether your project is a total refurbishment, a single office relocation or a complex nationwide roll-out, all projects at Turnkey Interiors are afforded equal importance and receive the same attention to detail. Turnkey Interiors regularly acts as the main contractor, taking full responsibility for the project and delivering on all requirements; we make sure that everything is produced on time and within budget.
We see that all the preparatory work is addressed, including an accurate test fit space plan to ensure you get the correct sized workspace for the number of people and operational requirements of your company, with room for expansion when the time comes.
We prepare and design two dimensional layouts incorporating every trade undertaken on the project, including demolition, construction, floor finishes, electrical, plumbing, wall finishes, voice and data, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, ceilings and lighting, new furniture, existing furniture and joinery.
Our highly qualified design team and project managers take care of the entire process – from conceptualisation to space planning, through detailed interior design and costing, to procurement and implementation.
We also prepare detailed supporting documentation such as construction and manufacture shop-drawings, elevations, cross-sections and specifications for the various trades, so that all information is transferred, and that all possible delays and errors are avoided.
We provide three dimensional photo quality representations of what key areas might look like and how they may be used.
We facilitate your specific requirements including technology, automation, storage methods, data cabling and general infrastructure. We have experience working alongside client and landlord’s preferred contract teams where required.
In addition, Turnkey Interiors’ experienced design and manufacture teams are able to build bespoke, modern, attractive – yet highly practical – furniture and fittings, customised to your new environment. This option often proves to be a very effective solution providing control over costs, quality and the delivery of specialised items.
In the modern South Africa, keeping abreast of all the applicable statutory requirements can be quite a minefield. Turnkey Interiors automatically offers contractors all risk insurance, as well as occupational health and safety compliance. We also manage council submissions and rational fire design, where required. In addition, we are able to secure specialist advice from professionals such as architects and landscapers, as well as mechanical, electrical, structural and acoustic engineers.
Turnkey Interiors also goes beyond the standard realm of interior offerings to undertake the major restoration and modernisation of entire buildings and their facades – transforming buildings from residential to commercial, industrial to offices – even creating space where none previously existed, through the design and manufacture of atriums and mezzanines.
